Orion CK-40l ozone sterilizer is the latest development of Orion-Si LLC, based on the Orion cylindrical chamber. It has passed all necessary testing and enables sterilization in the shortest possible time (full sterilization cycle of 40 min), including endoscopic instruments (up to 55 cm long). Compared to the previous modification, the Orion CK-40l ozone sterilizer is equipped with two shelves for laying out instruments, which doubles the throughput capacity; the airtightness of the chamber has been improved, and so has the chamber door lock-release system. Improved aerodynamics ensures uniform filling of the chamber with ozone-air mixture and guarantees sterilization of hollow instruments. Retractable shelves simplify the placement of instruments.
